All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partner PostEx, ensuring safe and reliable delivery across Pakistan.

📊 Shipping Charges (Based on Weight)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

• 0 – 1 KG: PKR 225
• 1 – 1.5 KG: PKR 337
• 1.5 – 2 KG: PKR 450
• 2 – 2.5 KG: PKR 562
• 2.5 – 3 KG: PKR 675
• 3 – 4 KG: PKR 900
• Above 4 KG: PKR 1200

🧾 GST on Shipping

A 16% GST is applied separately on shipping charges.

Example:

If your order weight is under 1 KG:

• Shipping Charges: PKR 225
• GST (16%): PKR 36
• Total Shipping Cost: PKR 261

💳 Payment Methods & Additional Charges

🔹 Advance Payment (JazzCash / Bank Transfer)

• No COD charges
• Faster order processing

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Additional 4% COD charges will be applied on your order total

📸 Payment Proof (For Advance Orders)

If you choose advance payment (JazzCash or Standard Chartered Bank):

• After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Thank You page
• You will see an option to upload your payment screenshot
• Uploading the screenshot is mandatory for order verification

⏱️ Delivery Time

• 0 – 4 KG Orders: 3 to 5 working days
• Above 4 KG Orders: 5 to 7 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

📍 Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation
• Advance payment orders are prioritized after verification
• COD orders are processed normally upon confirmation

• Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout
• GST is applied only on shipping charges, not on product price
• COD charges apply only when Cash on Delivery is selected
