You can request a return or replacement only if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
🎥 Mandatory Video Proof
To process your return request, it is mandatory to:
- Record a clear video while opening the package
- The video must clearly show:
- Package condition
- Product inside the package
- Any damage or issue
📲 How to Request a Return
- Record the unboxing video
- Send the video on WhatsApp: 0315-9222203
- Clearly mention:
- Your Order Number
- The issue with the product
- Request for replacement
👉 Our team will review your request and verify the issue.
🔍 Verification & Approval
- Once your request is received, our team will verify the video proof
- If approved, your replacement request will be processed
📦 Return Process
- You will be required to send the damaged/defective product back to our address
- The product must be returned in its original condition (as received)
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer
- Sajjad Jani Mart does not cover return delivery costs
🔁 Replacement Process
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it
- After successful verification, your replacement product will be shipped
⏱️ Processing Time
- Return verification: 1–2 working days
- Replacement dispatch: After receiving the returned item

- No return/replacement without unboxing video proof
- Requests without proper evidence may be rejected
- Used or damaged (by customer) products are not eligible
- Return requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery
